PAM Fastening Technology, Inc. PAM opened its doors for business in 1982 in Charlotte, North Carolina. Established as a distribution company, PAM has three separate businesses/ product lines and sells these products throughout the United States and Canada. PAM's businesses are a complete line of hand-held hot melt applicators, bulk tank systems and hot melt adhesives.

PAM also sells products in the automotive, packaging , assembly and concrete industries to mention a few. A second business is a line of Italian built frame assembly, double miter cutting machines and fasteners woodworking, furniture, and millwork markets. PAM's newest products include a line of autofeed screwdriver systems and collated screws for construction applications such as fastening sub-floors, drywall, roof tiles, outdoor decks, piers, docks and fences. PAM's products are sold primarily through a nationwide network of distributors and manufacturers representatives. PAM's products are advertised in leading industry magazines, as well as, exhibited at industry trade shows.
